2. Eligibility for Returns
A return request will only be considered if it meets all of the following conditions:
Product Condition – The product must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any signs of wear, damage, or modification by the customer.
Packaging – The product should be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components.
Proof of Purchase – A valid invoice, receipt, or purchase order must be provided.
Timeframe – The return request must be initiated within 7 working days of receiving the product.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
Custom-built or specially fabricated products made to client specifications
Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use after delivery
Electrical components and transformers once they have been connected or energized
Clearance or discounted items sold on an “as is” basis
Items with missing components, manuals, or accessories
4. Return Process
If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria, you may initiate the return process by:

Providing Details – Share your invoice number, date of purchase, reason for return, and photographs (if applicable) showing the product’s condition.

Shipping Back – Upon approval, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Inspection Upon Return
Once the returned item is received at our facility:
It will be inspected for quality, completeness, and compliance with return eligibility.
If approved, the refund process will be initiated within 7-10 working days.
If rejected, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense, along with an explanation.

11. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed:
Customer pays for return shipping when the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect ordering, or similar reasons.
MK Industries covers return shipping when the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, etc.).
12. International Orders
For international shipments:
Returns will only be accepted if the customer covers all freight, customs duties, and handling charges.
Refunds will be issued after the returned product passes inspection at our facility.
13. Responsibility During Return Transit
MK Industries is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit. We strongly recommend using a reliable courier service with insurance coverage for the returned item.
