From drawing to dispatch
How a top transformer tank manufacturer in Bhopal works: nothing is assembled until you approve it, and nothing leaves until it passes the plan we agreed together.
Six steps, no surprises
Our process follows the customer’s documents from start to finish, so the tank you receive is the tank you specified.
Built to your drawing
We make transformer tanks specifically to the customer’s drawings and approved quality assurance plan (QAP). Your document is the single source of truth.
Criteria agreed, then approval
Design and testing criteria are decided with input from you. We begin assembling parts only after your approval.
Incoming inspection
All purchased parts are carefully inspected before use, and strict quality control measures are followed as per the quality plan.
Test certificates recorded
We keep test certificate (TC) records for all major purchased parts, so every critical material can be traced.
In-house testing
After the tank is assembled, it is tested in our works according to the approved quality assurance plan.
External agencies when required
If a test needs facilities we don’t have in-house, we hire an external agency to conduct it. No test is skipped.
The floor, stage by stage
Scroll through the work as it moves across our bays.
Cutting
Plates are profiled on CNC cutting beds.
Fabrication
Walls, stiffeners and turrets come together on the floor.
Welding
TIG, pulse MIG and CO2 welding to the approved procedure.
Shot blasting
Surface preparation in a 4,000 sq ft booth.
Painting
Coating in a dedicated 4,500 sq ft paint booth.
Dispatch
